• Certified Weather Observers  to monitor weather conditions for film production, sports activities, outdoor concerts and political rallies, and other events, especially where weather insurance is involved.

• Structure and Infrastructure Inspections, Repair, and Restoration.  Construction defects analysis, seismic hazards analysis, inspections, and remedial actions, including repair, restoration, reconstruction, or replacement of an entire structure.  Included are required annual railroad bridge inspections and reinforcement of crumbling structures and infrastructure from bridges and dams to public schools and steel mills.  Design and building of new structures and infrastructure.
